Ingredients

  • 8 cups of water
  • 1 piece of chicken breast with skin and bone
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 branch of celery in pieces
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 200 grams of noodle
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into small trees
  • 1 cup of diced chayote
  • 1 cup of pumpkin cut in cubes
  • enough avocado to accompany

Instructions

  1. Heat the water in a pot and cook the chicken breast with the cilantro, bay leaf, celery, onion and garlic until the chicken is cooked. Season with salt, strain the chicken broth and reserve. Discard the chicken breast.
