2. Side Planks

Get into the plank posture, then when you lift your body, turn the ankles to be on your right side and raise your left hand into the sky.

Return to the plank position, push down on your arms and when going up turn the body to the other side, and do the same. Perform 8 reps on each side.

3. Dumbbells 

To do this exercise you will need 2 dumbbells or filled water bottles, it can also be anything you can carry with your hands and have equal weight.

Bend your body to the front and stretch your shoulders well, keep your back straight and in this position open your arms to the sides.

Then lower and raise both arms simultaneously, do 4 sets of 15 reps.

4. Lizards

Get into the lizard position and cross your legs behind your butt if you have a hard time getting down.

Now push down on your hands, first with the elbows outwards and then with the elbows inwards, alternate between the two, do 4 sets with 15 or 20 reps.
